Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect size or item received due to our error
To request an exchange, please contact us within the return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
